Is there a delivery charge? |

Yes, we charge a $50.00 delivery fee within a 15 mile radius. Anything over the 15 mile radius, will be determined at the time the catering is booked.

What is your minimum number of people when ordering a
catering? |

Our minimum, for a drop off or pick-up catering, is 20 people.
Unless ordering by the pan.

Can we have a catering served for less than 40 people? |

Yes, you may.
Please refer to the Pickup or Delivery Menu for pricing. You can hire one or two of our serving staff for $100.00 per server.

Are stainless steel chafing dishes included on a pick up or
drop off? |
|
They are not included. They can be rented for $15.00 each. They must be washed and returned to us within 2 days. If they are not returned within 2 days, there is a $10.00 a day rental charge. They must be returned in the same condition as you received them, or there will be a cleaning fee of $15.00 each. |

Do you send the large food transporter boxes when I pickup or
have my food dropped off? |

Yes, we let you use our food transporters for free, if you return them to us within 2 days. They must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. If you do not return them within 2 days, there will be a $10.00 rental charge for each a day. |

What methods of payment do you accept? |
|
We accept cash, checks and credit cards. When paying with credit card, there is a 3% fee in person and 5% over the phone costs. |

When is the final count due? |
|
We need to have your count 7 days before your function. Then you can add a few additional people to your count, up to 2 days before your function. |

When do I need to make the final payment for my catering? |
|
When you're picking up your catering, the bill is to be paid at that time. Or if you have it delivered, you are to pay the delivery person. If you are having a served catering, under the amount of 100 people, you can pay the bill at the time of your catering to the catering staff. If your catering is over 100 people, the catering needs to be paid 1 week in advance. |

Take 857 south. After going through the traffic light in Fairchance, turn right onto Deforest Ave. You will see Howard Hanna Myers Real Estate and Norma's Tanning on the marquee. Our kitchen is on your left, once you turn down Deforest Ave. We are in a beige and hunter green building, beside Myers Pizza. |

Do you provide coffee? |
|
We provide coffee only for functions paying for service. |

Do you package the leftovers for a served function? |
|
Yes, we do package them in foil pans and wrap them with plastic wrap. |

Is there cake cutting fee? |
|
No, we cut and serve your cake as dessert. Or we will cut and wrap your cake for free, in the containers that you provide. |

Do you supply the box for the top layer of our wedding cake? |
|
No, the person making your wedding cake should supply that for you. |
|
Can we bring our own Hors d'oeuvres? |
|
No. The only persishable food permitted is cookies. |

Do I need to sign a contract? |
|
You only need to sign a contract for booking weddings, unless you prefer one. |

Do you require a deposit? |
|
We only ask for a $700 non-refundable deposit for our weddings. |

Do you serve alcohol? |
|
We are not permitted to serve alcohol. However, we can serve champagne to your bridal and family tables.

If I'm having a served buffet for my wedding, do you serve
the bridal table? |

Yes, we do. We also serve up to 2 family tables. |

Can I make payments on my function? |
|
Yes, you can send your check to 20 South Morgantown Street, Fairchance, PA 15436. In the footnote of the check, write the date of your catering and whose name the catering is booked in. |
