Myers Catering & Decorating is a full service catering company at the venue of your choice. We also provide pick-up or delivery caterings. We have been serving the Tri-State Area since 1991, and offer casual to elegant functions with fair pricing. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients, and are dedicated to excellence in our food quality, preparation, and presentation.

Pick up Caterings:

Chafing dishes may be rented for $15.00 each. When renting our chafing dishes, you will be responsible for returning them back to the catering kitchen clean. If delivery driver is asked to setup dishes with full setup (i.e., water, food, etc), they are $15 rental;

Delivery Caterings:
We deliver within a 15 mile radius of Fairchance. The delivery charge is $50.00. Please allow a range of 20 minutes before or after time of scheduled delivery.

If you want to borrow the cambro (hot boxes) to keep your food hot, the cambro will need to be returned to us the next
day cleaned. If you can’t bring them back to our kitchen in Fairchance and need us to pick them up, there will be a pick-up fee.

Service Caterings:
If you are having less than 40 people for your catering, use the non-service menu. If you would like a server to be present at your catering, you will need to pay that server $125.00. You may have as many servers you may want, at $125 per server. The $125.00 fee includes a small gratuity.

If you are having over 40 people, the server will be included.

If you would like home-style service, it is an additional $1.25 per person. In order to serve correctly, we need the tables to be individualized and not in long rows.

We will set your cookies out for you on your trays. We will put out only 1 of your favors. If you have more than 1 favor, there is an additional fee.

Our service staff stays until we serve and clean up the kitchen. We do not stay until the wedding is over.

The gratuity is not included in the price.

Additional Plate options:
Hard plastic classicware plates and stainless flatware are $1.75 per person.

China setting is $6.00 per person with an additional 20% Gratuity.

Cake cutting:
If we are doing a buffet, we will cut the cake and put it on the cake table. If we are doing homestyle, we will serve the cake plate to plate.

For all weddings, we charge a $1.00 per person cake cutting fee, if we are serving it for dessert. If you are having it served at the bridal dance, there is no charge for the cutting. We charge a fee when it is for dessert only because we have to have additional staff to supply this service.
